Making Progress!
Sorry, it's been awhile! I've been working on a number of things, one of which is making a lot of progress on this game! I've written a script for ~5 levels of this game and have designed the five levels. I've also put up a Steam page, so please wish list! The newest version of the demo has one of the script levels along with subtitles.
I've updated the demo so that it's more friendly to people who don't have such great memory, while also making it dynamic and interesting for those who do have good memory.
Previously, an object would change every 5 seconds when you're not looking at it. Now, I have it randomly happen each frame, with the probability of it occurring increasing as the game goes on. I do this by having the probability be the CDF of an exponential distribution, where lambda increases over time and x is the time between frames.
By the end of the game, things should be changing rapidly, so you have to stay on your toes even if your memory is great. If your memory isn't so great, the beginning of the game should make sure that you don't just instantly lose.
